These general conditions create a legal agreement and apply to all orders concluded between the customer and Pauline Vauzelle, artisan-photographer.
By booking a session via the avophotographie.fr website, by email, the client declares to have read these general conditions.
Making appointments
Appointments are made only by email ( avophotographie@gmail.com ).
The day of the session
The scheduled meeting time is imperative, any delay may result in the postponement of the session depending on the availability of the photographer. It is forbidden to take photos with a camera, a phone or a tablet during the session unless the photographer agrees.
Rates and payments
The prices are those valid on the date of reservation (compulsory validity). Methods of payment accepted: bank transfer, Paypal or Lydia. The session must be paid for on the day of the service.
Photographs
The photographs are delivered in JPEG format, other file formats are the property of the photographer and will in no case be returned to the client. The photographer chooses the photos that will be given to the client. The photographer is released from all responsibility in the event of loss or deterioration of the digital files given to the client. The digital files are kept for 2 months by the photographer. If the customers' choice has not been made within the month following the delivery of the selection of photos, the photographer will send her selection, digital files, provided for in the chosen formula.
It is strictly forbidden to retouch the photos from a shoot with the photographer yourself, as his work is no longer the same after modifications. The processing of photos, as well as the shooting, is specific to the photographer and is an integral part of her work, her style and her artistic universe. The photographer is the only one to decide on the treatment she will apply to the retouching. Only the photographs processed by the photographer will be usable by both parties. No raw shots will be given to the client, may be demanded and the photographer reserves the right to destroy them within the time limit that suits him.
The delivery times mentioned are only indicative and may possibly be modified. The photographer can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of package on the part of the carrier. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time indicated, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days (eg: 21 days at the Post Office). During this period, no refund or return can be made. You MUST write in the caption “photos by Avo Photographie” using photos on social networks.
Cancellation of the session
A cancellation can neither engage the responsibility of the photographer nor give rise to the payment of damages. If it is a wedding service, the photographer agrees to do her best to find a replacement.
Repayment
No deposit refund request will be accepted for any reason.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for external events of political, social, transport, economic or public health types or other events beyond his control (force majeure), payments made will not be refunded.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be paid by bank transfer, Paypal, credit card or cash when ordering. The recipients of the gift voucher will have a period of one year to carry out the photo shoot (except gift vouchers limited offer) Gift vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If you receive a gift voucher, we set a date and you wish to cancel the session: no refund can be demanded. A period of 10 days after receipt of payment will be required to send the gift vouchers. The voucher will be requested during the session under penalty of cancellation of the session.
